   • As a member, you agree that you will not advertise or sell goods on the Website. If you advertise or sell goods on this Website, the Website can cancel your membership account without prior notice. The Comic Market is for the trading of second hand products among members and is not subject to this restriction.
   • As a member, you agree that you will not discuss the personal affairs of yourself or others in the public discussion section. When you publish your article, please respect the rights and privacy of the others. If any member makes abusive or defamatory comments on the Website, the Website can cancel your membership account without prior notice.
   • As a member, you agree to observe the copyright and will not publish or quote any text, picture or file of any format that violates the intellectual property rights of others. If there is any behavior that violates the intellectual property right of the others, the Website shall cancel the membership account without prior notice.
5. Settlement for Violating Regulations of the Laws
   The Website has the right of final decision as to whether the behavior of the member complies with the Rules for Members. If it is decided by the Website that the behavior of the member violates the Rules for Members or any laws, the member agrees that the Website can stop the use the account of the member or remove the account of the member and the member will stop using the Website. If the member violates the regulations of the laws, the member will be legally responsible.
6. Stop and Change of Service
   • If either of the followings occurs, the Website has the right to stop or suspend services:
     • To maintain and construct facilities of the Website.
     • When there is an unexpected equipment breakdown.
     • When the Website ISP is unable to provide services.
     • When the Website is prevented from providing services due to Force Majeure such as a nature disaster.
   • The member will not ask for an compensation from the Website if there is a complete or partial suspension, temporary stop, delay, mistake in data transmission or storage caused by malfunction of the software or hardware equipment of the ISP internet system or negligence in manual operation or invasion by a third party into the system to distort or falsify information.
7. Intellectual Property Right
   The copyright, patent right, trademark right, business secret and other intellectual property right of all the works and information (such as articles and pictures) in the Website belong to the comic artists and the Website or the provider of the content and is protected by the copyright laws of the Republic of China and international copyright laws. Without written consent of the Website, partial or complete use of the content of the Website will violate the relevant laws.
8. Prevailing Laws and Court Having Jurisdiction
   If there is any dispute arising from the interpretation and application of this Agreement or the use of services in the Website by the members, the laws of the Republic of China shall be applied. The Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court for the first trial.
