Qiu Rowsan is a brother of Qiu Rowlong. Qiu Rowsan’s father, Qiu Xi-qin is also a comic artist. So there are 3 comic artists in the family. Qiu Rowsan drew cartoons and games with his brother when he was a small boy. After he was in the school, he did not stop painting as his brother did. He always thinks that he is as good as his brother. In fact, the prizes he won were also square with the prizes won by his brother. To show that he is better than his brother, he once practiced driving car very hard until the car was broken.
After graduation from the school, he published the 4 square comic Sicked Twin in Independence Evening News, which was very popular at that time. After that, he changed to cartoon production and once drew original paintings in Sino-Japanese Cartoon Co..
